Since I can first remember picking up a pencil or pen I've always been interested in art but I think it was my discovery of gaming books back in the 80's that really sparked my passion for illustration.  I love creating fantastical creatures and races that capture the imagination and even write about them alongside the art side of my life.  Being an artist in his forties I've seen fads come and go, but the black and white illustrations and lustrous covers that adorned the FF gamebooks and many board games are the images that still drive me and always will.
