About
A Humble Illustrator
Since I can first remember picking up a pencil or pen I've always been interested in art but I think it was my discovery of gaming books back in the 80's that really sparked my passion for illustration. I love creating fantastical creatures and races that capture the imagination and even write about them alongside the art side of my life. Being an artist in his fifties I've seen fads come and go, but the black and white illustrations and lustrous covers that adorned the FF gamebooks and many board games are the images that still drive me and always will.

TigerTailz 2012 Tour Shirt
I was commissioned by the band 'Tigertailz' to work on this unique project for their 2012 tour shirt and couldn’t have been happier to do so. Working on it enabled me to use my knowledge and skills in different illustration techniques to bring a piece to life which I’m extremely proud of. If you’re interested in learning more about this project or any of my other creations, feel free to contact me.
Children's Book
Every illustrator has a children's book buried deep in there somewhere. This is mine, well truth be told I was watching my own children doodling away and thought I'd create a book based on the characters they were drawing. I really enjoyed creating it for them and released it commercially too.

Banshee
In the 80s I was a huge fan of the Fighting Fantasy books by Ian Livingstone and Steve Jackson. When I was in school I used to doodle the monsters from the books on my school book covers. I recently decided to produce a series of original pieces based on the monsters from the Fighting Fantasy books as a tribute to the illustrators who influenced me in my youth.
